Oh, the perpetual question: how to find work (or a retirement project) you truly love.

For introverts, this can be especially tricky. We spend so much of our lives adapting to extroverted norms that, by the time we choose a career or a calling, we’ve grown used to tuning out our own preferences. The good news is that your true inclinations never disappear — they’re just buried under layers of habit and expectation.

To uncover them, here are seven questions to ask yourself.

These questions are powerful, whether you’re starting a career, or entering retirement - though of course the exigencies of needing to pay rent can and should influence your decisions. (Even if you’re a creative/romantic type, I’m a firm believer that creativity thrives best when the bills are paid.) Here goes:
