I started to listen to your interview with Eric Zimmer, and I love the kabbalistic story of creation. It is such a great metaphor. I learned about it some years ago, and it has been a hallmark on my journey of change. I have seen people as those shards since then, especially authors of books that touched my life. I don't want to sound like I am flattering when I say that Quiet is among them.
